It was fine for what it was bit tired but clean good commination and an early check in

Large room. Ample sockets. Good view. Clean common areas. Friendly, helpful staff.
Bed very tired. Bathroom small and awkward. Large single glazed windows give good view but make the large room cold in winter, only one small wall mounted heater which is insufficient at this time of year.

This isn't a B&B - its just a bed and a studio apartment. 8th floor for short term stays, it would have been cheaper to rent for a month on a lower floor. Single pane windows and busy street outside. Very loud and lots of rowdy kids late at night. Lots of people walking but I would be unsure of late at night alone. I did feel safe in my room. It does have a lift and good laundry facilities. The #25 bus stops right around the corner. There is a Tesco Express about a block away.
I had scheduled my arrival for 5pm. No one was at the property. It was only with the help of another guest and a resident that I got in. Manager had left, sent me an email, but as I had just arrived from US, I did not have wifi or access to email. No response to calls to emergency phone. It was adequate but not special. Bathroom is small but functions. I did meet 2 young men (20s) who told me this is where they went when their moms kicked them out of the house. They also said it had been a halfway house for released prisoners. Originally, this building was an insurance company offices, converted to student housing, converted to studio apartments.

Melhor lugar de Plymouth , ao lado do HOE. O Ap é grande e tem o mínimo necessário para você passar alguns dias que não precise cozinhar. Mas consegue tomar café e esquentar comidas prontas.
Literalmente em baixo tem um supermercado Tesco que te salva pra tudo.
A cama é um pouco desconfortável mas para 2-3 dias é bem ok!?
