Very clean and modern. Great to have a choice of two rooms as my sister and I had been sharing a bed on our trip. It was quite awesome to be up high looking over the rooftops. Host very friendly. We could hear the happy sounds of the family downstairs but didn’t bother us.
I am not very physically able so found the stairs up challenging but that isn’t uncommon for the places we’ve stayed in. Sister said her bed wasn’t very comfortable but the host said that the other one was more comfortable so I was lucky to choose that one.

The layout of the rooms was very nice with great attention to detail. A very homely atmosphere with everything you could need for your stay. A good location not too far from the city centre or train station but quiet enough to enjoy the surroundings.

The room was so thoughtfully done, the beds were comfy and there were lots of lovely touches. The bathroom seemed brand new and anything we might have forgotten was available. It was quiet and private and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again if we come back to Plymouth.

Very clean and tidy, coffee and tea provision much better than 'normal'.
Very cramped for 3, one bed underneath another and another was a sofa bed which was rather hard. three flights of stairs, some parts narrow.
