Freedom Park Villas, Plymouth

The location was perfect. The surrounding area was nice and the shops etc were in walking distance. I liked the kitchen and dinner table. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to stay whilst in Plymouth.

Excellent value for money. Had everything I needed , well equipped and absolutely spotless . Being a lone traveller , I felt very safe and comfortable. The house had a friendly atmosphere and was quiet. The entry code system was easy to operate , communication with the host was good when I had a question about my arrival they called back straight away. wifi good . Great location for the city and coast , right next to the park . If you are on your own and have a bit of luggage you need to plan the parking. I pulled up quickly outside to unload then parked further up the street. I found spaces further up Lipson road check restrictions locally.

The information given by the owner was 10/10 letting us know how to gain entry into the building and not being able to park outside the building, during the week which was helpful. I also had a lovely meeting with a gorgeous fluffy grey cat who was so friendly and adorable.

Before entering the building you have to climb some steep stairs, the railing was very loose and unsafe to use which I found an issue. On opening the door to our room the smell which I presumed was the airfreshner was so overpowering it made me feel sick which was unpleasant. There was two mattresses on the bed for whatever reason, the mattresses did not fit the bed frame and moved. The two towels on the bed were like sandpaper and not soft like they should be generally the room was clean apart from the amount of cobwebs hanging from the lights and lamps next to the bed.
