The shower room was pristine. The shower and toilet were fit for it purpose.
Old carpet, with iron burnt mark. Very uncomfortable old bed. Dirty entrance with crowded DIY items leading to the bedroom.

I liked the central location and the size of the room as well as the decor and the curtains were black out ones too.
The extraction fan was constantly leaking which was a cause for concern and the pillows were pretty solid - I used the duvet so that I was able to sleep better.

It had a clean bathroom and a fully working kitchen
Shower was hot and cold.
Smoke alarm flashing in the bedroom and hanging off the wall.
No toilet roll.
Blinds fell down as did curtain.
Clothes hook fell off when we hung a coat on it.

Quiet location - roughly 20 min walk to Barbican and city centre. Comfortable bed and super clean bathroom.
Simple furnishing , somewhere to hang a towel would have been useful rather than on the radiator.

house facilities were superb - room was large and comfy - TV good - use of laundry room made it above usual expectations
- overall a lovely well equipped house

A comfortable stay that had everything I needed. A clean kitchen with resources, and a great bathroom, which albeit located downstairs, because the house was pleasant I didn't mind that in the end.
Not a lot to dislike, I didn't go wanting for anything.

I had a very marvelous stay in Freedom Park Villas. The property is very spacious, clean, quiet with majestic cats roaming around. The bed was super comfy!
I liked everything.

Room was very spacious, had a private bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Having a kettle in the room as well as use of a communal kitchen was a nice touch.

The mattress was a little softer than I prefer.

I personally would not book there, the place was in a very bad area, with fights almost every night. the other tenants were incredibly loud and had to ask for the place to get cleaned. there was a leak in the ceiling too. I would not really book there again. sorry, i was expecting a lot more for the money.

Would have been nice to have a full length mirror

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Easy arrival with a code to get into the building, and then the room. Very clean. Very well equipt kitchen, perfect for two people. Spacious kitchen and seating area with TV. Nice size bedroom. Very good bathroom and the washing machine was a nice addition. House itself quirky and quiet. Only a ten minute walk to the Marina and another five minutes to the Hoe. Ideal for what we wanted. We definitely plan on coming back. Felt like a home from home.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing to point out is that the smoke alarm in the bedroom needs reattaching to the ceiling as it's hanging down by it's wire. This is not a complaint, just pointing out a possible health and safety issue.

Was clean, spacious, and secure
Unfortunately let down with just one coffee sachet and one teabag for the 2 days. No replacement towel on second day. So if your coming bring your own tea bags or coffee. The miniature milk cartons where off, curdled milk the one tea bag, and one coffee sachet did use, had to throw down sink. Luckily had been camping so had own tea bags, milk powder, and sugar.
Slept well first night, as not slept properly for days camping. However the second final night the shrubs outside kept scratching and banging window every time the wind blew, need cutting back.
The toilet was a bit close for comfort to the wall, you would need tiny legs to sit down, unless your a child, or a midget. Thankfully don't sit down only on my own toilet seat.
Luckily I also had water to fill kettle, didn't discover until second night a notice saying there was a kitchen. So no water or internet code, until late the last night. This could be rectified with the sign being more visible to future customers.
Apart from the few problems above overall liked the fact got left alone, privacy. On the whole a decent place. Just a little more attention to detail a few more tea bags, coffee sachets, milk, and knowing where to get fresh water. A complementary biscuit supplied like most places, would have been an extra touch.

Good location: it takes you 15-20 minutes walking to the waterfront, max. 30 minutes to Tinside Lido, 10 minutes to Mutley Plain, 15 minutes to the Railway station. Bus number 24 is three minutes away. You can use the kitchen facilities. You share a refrigerator and have your own bathroom. Everything is very clean. The host was responsive and helpful and provided the passwords for the house in time. There is a working TV and radio in the room. House rules were very clear and after 10 PM one could peacefully go to sleep ready for the next day.
The blanket was very thick for this time of the year. Cars passing by are quite loud, but you get used to it and if you spent your day actively you soon fall asleep anyway.

Location handy for walking into town and Aldi. Joanne on site pleasant and did her best.
The mattress was filthy and covered in stains with no mattress protector on til I told Joanne and she put one on for me. Two of the wooden bed slats were broken . Could have caused an injury. There was a constant bad sewage type smell in room. Joanne put some liquid down the shower drain but it didn't solve the issue. Plumbing needs looking at .

Good location, keyless system, quiet.
This room (3) has a bathroom downstairs at the back of the house (room 3 is at the front) through the shared dining area.

Great room size. Good keypad systems.
Bed had 2 foam mattresses so removed one and then ok.
Wifi was poor this time (room 4).

Absolutely nothing. The only upside was it provided a secure place to sleep.
* Complete chaos receiving the entry door codes etc. Had to phone the owner to gain access to our room.
* Shower/toilet room definitely designed by a man!! NO facilities to hang towels - clothes - toiletries etc. Toilet rolls lying on the floor!! Dispensers for the soap, shampoo and bodywash perched on wash basin - no facility to take into shower when required.
* Bed mattress ridiculously uncomfortable, cheapest on the market I expect.
* Bed slats missing and inadequately secured - partner fell through to the floor whilst sitting on the bed.
* Tea - coffee making facilities totally inadequate. Spare tea and coffee that was supposedly available in the "communal" kitchen was none existent, in fact the kitchen had many doors and cupboards marked "PRIVATE". A very "friendly" experience obviously generated by the absence of the host/owner.
* Spare sugar in the kitchen was deliberately contaminated with salt - an obvious juvenile prank!!
* Couldn't park outside the premises due to major road works being performed, no mention in the ad on Booking.com of this fact!!

15 min walk from station. Handy for shops, downtown and cinema. Good hot shower and comfy bed. Provision of fridge was good. Price was good but not matched by expectation
Room was tired, signs of water ingress. Despite the pics, no tea or coffee but just a kettle. TV needed to be plugged into an extension lead. The website does not tell you that the rooms and in fact the building is unattended in the evening so no cleaning, vacuuming or checking toiletries etc. I didn't see anyone in my week there. My neighbour had a dead remote for the tv and her smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. It looked as though a family had been housed in the neighbouring room and were actually living there but at least were quiet. The road can be noisy with boy racers

Fabulous charming house, the hosts were fantastic with checking in late at night due to travel arrangement changes. Absolutely no fuss, a huge room with en-suite was perfect for my stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Location
Double bed a bit small, too soft and every movement headboard made a noise as if it wasn’t attached properly. More use to a firmer mattress and better pillows. The room could have done with a mirror. There was 1 chair, not comfortable. So could be improved by having 2 chairs but more comfy.

Great size room
Movement detector for ensuite light/fan without isolator is annoying in the middle of the night.

I liked that everything was done with codes and the house is beautiful with a lovely garden.
Someone tried to come into my room at 8:30ish on the morning I was leaving but because I locked it from the inside they couldn't come in a bit scary but I think it was just the host seeing if I was still there

Plymouth is a big city so accommodation is in a reasonably good location for bus and train stations, Royal Parade for local buses and The Hoe and Barbican for pubs and restaurants. All within a ten to fifteen minutes walk. Our room was light and spacious with good storage space. Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Access to kitchen facilities ( which we didn't use ) and a laundry which we did.
We stayed for twelve days and had no real problems that we couldn't solve. We didn't see the owner or any staff but communication via booking.com was fairly prompt.
Only one chair in the room but we grabbed the piano chair in the hall. Bathroom light is on a sensor only but fixed with some thick paper and band aids. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and got four rolls but only used two. Room is not serviced at all so we had to wash the towels ourselves and empty the bins. Only a final service of the room is included which isn't that good for a twelve day stay. Might have been better to make three four day bookings but then we may have had to pack up and/or check out between bookings which would have been very inconvenient.

Bed was so comfortable easy to get too loads of WiFi options, super easy keyless access, easy parking outside, lovely old style house
Seems a permanent resident in one of rooms upstairs leaves shoes all over hallway and door propped open so you can hear her loudly taking to family back home and she was running up and down stairs alllll night

Great place nice area only problem was the pillows being too hard and a taping on the window from a tree every thing else was good another problem was getting inside on the first day but it wasn’t a problem once explained properly would like to go there again

Felt like a flat inside a hostel / hmo. Extremely hollow place you can hear everything. Really horrible people staying there. Really rude could hear them talking about me. Rubbish shower was either extremely hot for 3 seconds or cold. Felt like I was in an abandoned house if I'm honest. I don't recommend this place at all. Worst 3 nights sleep I've ever had even my sleep app on my phone picked up all the noise every hour. Woken up 5am on a Sunday banging around in the shared kitchen underneath the bedroom.
