Very clean and tidy
Needs a new bed, mattress too soft and spent half my stay repairing the slats on the bed that just sprang loose at every opportunity- squeaky cheap bed and mattress, change that and you have a complete winner

Has everything you need to live away, home from home. Perfect location, very central to everything. Amazing owner, she was always available to help me day or night.
With the flat being on a main road it can be quite loud at times.

- Verbally abusive obnoxious cockney host that insulted my partner repeatedly when she was assisting me getting into the property after recovering from general anaesthetic from an operation at Darlington Memorial - Piss poor instructions on how to get into the property (multiple properties next to each other) - The bathroom and kitchen/dining area smelt like a dead rat had died in the cupboard - No mirror on the bathroom wall - No soap in the bathroom - No curtains - Water everywhere in the shower because of poorly-designed 'wet room' with no floor towel - Broken coupling on bathroom shower so water leaking into whole in bathroom wall - Dirty t-shirt left on radiator in lounge - Bedroom needs triple glazing to block out the constant road noise/police sirens from the notorious ghetto that is North Road - Carpet not tucked into trim in bedroom doorway was trip hazard - Nail sticking out of carpet trim - Glasses not even clean - No tea/coffee provided - Dirty cutlery - Only one towel - Broken glass on foot of bedside table
