A Casa D'Irene

The apartment is located in the second house from the sea, from one balcony you can see the sunset and from the other the sunrise. The apartment is clean, spacious, practically equipped with everything - it was like staying in our own house. The owner greeted us with a smile and a batch of homemade cakes, which was a very nice gesture after our trip. The property is located right in the center of Perea, yet quiet. On the beach, the many bars and restaurants provide umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee. The water is very warm and clear, despite its shallowness. This apartment is an excellent choice.

The only comment is - the bed is a bit old and creaky, but we still slept very well.

Wir wurden vom Sohn der Vermieter vor dem Appartment empfangen, dieser begleitete uns ins Appartment und übergab uns die Schlüssel. Die Lage des Apartments ist gut, keine 50m vom Strand entfernt, das Appartment war absolut sauber. Die Ausstattung muss man mögen...

Wir hatten uns für den Aufenthalt extra ein Appartment mit Heizung ausgesucht, leider war die Heizung nicht in Betrieb. Man hatte uns einen Elektroheizer zur Verfügung gestellt, der es aber nur schaffte die 2qm vor sich warm zu machen. Für den gezahlten Preis war die Leistung zu teuer...
