Perea Luxury 20 miters from Sea in DOWNTOWN of Perea

Excellent location - near restaurants and bars, local supermarkets, bakeries, beach and promenade. Room is spacious as well as the terrace. There is partial sea view. Great stay near airport and Thessaloniki!

There was strong smell of cigarettes in the room during the whole stay. It can be very noisy during night and in the morning if windows are open, but this comes with the location so it’s not a surprise. Bathroom is small and somewhat difficult to use. There’s plenty of room to install a bigger mirror.

În cele două nopți petrecute la Perea Luxury m-am simțit excelent. Este un loc în care am avut la dispoziție orice aș fi avut nevoie . Este exact la 20 de metri de mare , în centrul locației , foarte aproape de restaurante și magazine . Cele două nopți în Perea au fost pentru mine o încercare de a găsi o variantă de vacanță ușor accesibilă ca timp și bani , cu avionul , fiind o iubitoare a tărâmurilor elene . În această locație totul este modern, bine dotat cu lucruri care să -ți fie la îndemână iar gazda este excelentă. Am comunicat foarte bine , a răspuns oricărei nevoi iar prețul a fost foarte bun . Cu siguranță voi reveni aici .

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή

Ήταν απαράδεκτη η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας όπως επίσης και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι της. Πολύ βρώμικη η είσοδος, σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση οι τοιχοι στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Δεν μου έχει τύχει ξανά κάτι τέτοιο. Φυσικά το δωμάτιο ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Επίσης το γεγονός ότι χρησιμοποιουν σκούρα σεντόνια και καλύματα όπως και πετσέτες σκούρες γκρι, αφήνουν μία αίσθηση μή καθαριότητας... Η τουαλέτα δεν είχε κανένα εξαερισμό και μύριζε πολύ άσχημα!
