Villa Kiza is nice, clean and comfortable. The host Magda is very kind and helpful.

A beautiful apartment set in beautiful grounds

This is probably the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed at - we really enjoyed spending time at the property as opposed to just spending the night. Beautiful interior and exterior grounds.

Nothing related to the property per se but we were unfortunate to have next balcony neighbours who smoked just outside our main bedroom balcony door, so we had to keep that closed and only used the balcony in front of the living room. Thank goodness the apartment is big and has plenty of balconies.

We were very pleased with this place, it met our needs perfectly.

The apartment is exactly as described, very easy to get to, excellent contact with the host. The beach is a five-minute walk away, restaurants and shops are about 15 minutes away. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment, from where you can get to Thessaloniki. The apartment has everything you need, perfect cleanliness and easy-to-maintain air conditioning. The host responded to our questions immediately and her advice was very useful.

The only nuance that may be inconvenient is a quite low ceiling in the bathroom. For us it was not a problem, but for a person 180-190 cm tall it would be difficult.

The property was immaculately clean with Nicholas and wife maintaining the gardens and rooms. Property is located very close to the beach and about 20 min from Thessaloniki.

Clean, cleaning during the stay, well positioned air-conditioning, mosquito nets, baby cot, garden, kitchen sufficient for holiday cooking, easy walking distance to the beach, great staff - we had a priblem with broken toilet tank (our kid flushed to hard)- everything resolved neatly

Groceries are not very near, but accessible by bus (bus stop just next to villa), also families would greatly benefit from little playground or playhouse in some part of garden

Amazingly peaceful and very clean. All I can say if you want to go around and explore you need a car otherwise the bus stop very close takes you to the city and lots of locations. The beach can be walking distance.

Cozy, clean apatment, great value for the money

It was very comfortable, nice and very clean. During our stay sheets and towels were changed 3 times, which was very surprising for me, because not any other apartment had offered this kind of service before. Apartment has washing machine, iron, nicely equiped kitchen and great balcony. Property it’s very well maintained and staff is very helping and nice. Great bonus, parking is huge, and located in the shadows, so you are not leaving your car to burn on summer heat. Area where is the parking space it’s also nice and even grass field, so you van play whatever sports you want there..It’s inviting :)

I liked everything, but first apartment where we stayed was next to the main road, and people were heavy on gas in their cars/motorbikes in the evening, so we had hard time adjusting to the noise. Otherwise, when you get use to it, it’s ok.

Apartment is so clean, looks good, we really like the view from the balcony. Internet was weak sometimes but only in the evening when a lot of people using it but it was still possible to use it. Location is good, close to the beach. Price also good

Agia triada is not the beat place in Thessaloniki if you want to party.

Great apartments with a gorgeous garden. The accommodation was clean and everything looked well maintained. We communicated very well with the host and the procedure for the check in was very easy. There is also a big parking which was a big plus for us.

The location is virtually far from the center of Agia Triada. You have to walk for 10-15 min and there is no pavement.

Relaxing holiday

Apartment was exceptional, very spacios with all you need and we apreciate that was very clean. The host is friendly and she tell us about the area, which restaurants is ok, where to go to the beach. It is close to Salonic and considering that one day it rained we were able to visit the city.

Agia Triada is very small and the children don't have anythink to do except going to the beach.

The owner and his team are great guys! Thank you so much for everything! Nice and clean place. 3 min to the sea. There are a lot of restaurants near the villa. Recommend to have lunches in the Sun Ray restaurant.

Perfect vacation!

The apartment was very clean and spacy, with a lot of carefully choosed details. There are a beatiful garden and parking. The guests have all the necessary things in the apartment. Hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. We will be glad to come again next year!

Mycket fina lägenheter med allt man kan önska sig. Husvärdarna var trevliga och hjälpte snabbt till vid eventuella problem. Mycket positiv överlag. Den prisbelönta stranden via Agia Triada är jättefin.

Vägen som måste korsas för att komma ner till stranden är hårt trafikerad. Det gäller att vara försiktig om man har barn med sig. Ett övergångsställe eller gångtunnel skulle vara önskvärd, men jag antar att det är en kommunal angelägenhet. Stranden närmast hotellet är o.k. Ett bättre alternativ att är att promenera vidare längs med stranden ner mot Agia Triada och den prisbelönta stranden.
