Villa Kiza Apartments

Pretty much everything 😊 The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well maintained and very well equipped. A huge plus was the cleaning during our stay, including fresh bed linen and towels – everything was done discreetly while we were out. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was also very close. The owner and staff were wonderful – friendly and helpful, with easy communication via WhatsApp in English, while at the same time giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. What I will remember most are our morning coffees on the balcony with the sound of cicadas in the background – exactly the kind of holiday atmosphere I love. ❤️ Excellent value for money. Definitely 10/10!

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The only surprising moment was when, one evening, we were asked to keep the noise down after guests staying below us had complained. We weren’t having a party or playing loud music – we were simply having normal family conversations with the children on the balcony – so it did come as a bit of a surprise. A very minor downside was the lack of Polish TV channels or access to Netflix, but honestly, while on holiday this wasn’t particularly important to us.

We stayed in August 2026. The apartments are good - clean, spacious, with large windows. The beds are comfortable, there are dishes, a good bathroom. We had lunch on the balcony in the fresh air. The area around the house is well-groomed, tidy. The beach is 300 meters in a straight line. On the beach you can lie on your own towel for free, or get a drink at the local bar (we had coffee) and take a couple of sun loungers under the fungus. In August the sea is beautiful - warm, clean, calm. There is a normal toilet near the beach itself and a place to wash your feet from the sand. The location of the apartments is good - there are several supermarkets nearby, a fish market is nearby, Thessaloniki, where you can take a walk. We intend to come back here again.

The only downside is that it's a bit noisy because there's a road nearby.

Villa Kiza is a great place for a summer holiday. Arrival was smooth with easy check in; communication with Magda, Elena and on site support was easy and it significantly helped the stay. The Villa is situated in a very nice big garden, always green and fresh. The apartments and the studio were super spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. everything was kept super clean throughout our 2 weeks stay. The beach is near, just 200m away. It is not the greatest beach but very relaxed and quiet with a bridge perfect for jumps (the children loved it... and so did we). the area is not expensive at all and there are a lot of other things to do and explore, including Thessaloniki, which we even managed to do with the public transport.

the road next it it is a bit busy; it was not a problem in our apartment but my mom could hear the noise from the studio. but it is a small think compared to all the best things we had there.
