Perea apartment near airport

We were there just for 1 night as we needed to get to the airport early. The apartment is in a lovely location, good for an evening stroll on the beach. Spacious and clean. 15 min drive from Thessaloniki airport. Had pretty much every thing you may need on your stay.

The electric sockets need URGENT looking at!!! If there was a small child in my family I would have left. An accident waiting to happen. Also only A/C in one bedroom, but we closed the doors in the hallway and toilet and used a fan provided for the second room. Some bedside lamps would help.

It could be an easy 10/10, but it's not

Very good location, everything close-by, seaview from the large balcony, spacious apartment. The owner is very nice and waited for us, helped with a taxi and she kindly let us extend our checkout time.

This apartment is in need of new furniture. Small table falling apart, the closets as well, old dusty sofa, dirty carpet, extremely uncomfortable mattress, very tired chairs, socket hanging from the wall, struggle to open the door etc. It was also very poorly cleaned. There was hair everywhere, especially in carpet. Walls are dirty and need a repaint and this place need a proper deep cleaning. It's a shame as it's otherwise a nice place - just need an upgrade and proper cleaning.

Great location. Big balconies around the apartment. Spacious. 3 TV screens. Huge fridge. Calm neighborhood. See view from the balcony.

Very uncomfortable beds. One of them was actually broke. The host sent repairman only 3rd day. Inappropriately maintained (dried) pillows-do not smell good. I bought my own pillow first thing in the morning. Entrance door can hardly open. Drawers and coffee machine are falling apart. Under equipped kitchen. Open shower space-After taking a shower there is always a mess left behind. Generally the place has great potential but currently is poor value for money.

The outside of the apartment was very run down. The inside was a bit better it needed to be painted. No instruction book with information about the apartment like what to do with the rubbish, how to use the appliances, what to do with the key on departure and lots more.

Exceptional

Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasent stay (parking and elevator are plus). Location is very good, a few steps away from the beach (you can see the beach from terrace). There are 3 terraces and they are in the shade in the morning for coffee and sea view. There are washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, owen, iron and huge fridge with double door. There is a TV in every room (living room and 2 bedrooms). Good optical internet. The host was very kind.

The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with The apartment is big and well equipped Nice location, by the beach, in a quiet residential area but still close to everything

Saying the apartment wasn't clean would be an understatement : huge spider web in the bathroom, molded walls, the fridge or the coffee machine look like they haven't be cleaned in years... This review was edited after receiving insults from the owner who didn't like it
