Perfection next to the sea ! 🌊

PERFECT! The most important is that everything is new and clean. It was exactly like it's on pictures. It's spacious and equipped with everything you need for vacation (even at home). Kitchen is equipped with all needed accessories (there was coffe and sugar, bottle of water in the fridge and wine and chocolate for welcome- THANKS 😊). White and perfectly clean bed linens,clean white towels and clean bathroom equipped with hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. We love it,and we'll see you again for sure. We wish you a very successful season.

Exceptional

The accommodation was excellent, very close to the beach, market, shops, restaurants. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The apartment was big, bright, very clean, with all the amenities you need for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is also equipped so you can cook as well. We had a wonderful stay, we will come again for sure!

2nd time at this place, enjoyed it again, would recommend

I was here last year already and I decided to come back, which means I really liked my stay. The host is always available and very nice, the location is perfect (very close to the beach but in a small and quiet street), and the apartment is equipped with everything I needed.

Internet connection is very fast (for Greek standards), but it occasionally just gets interrupted and doesn't work for a few minutes.

Great apartment but uncomfortable beds

The bunk beds were very uncomfortable due to the cheap spring mattresses that can be felt very clearly through the body so my daughter and my niece could not sleep well. This can easily be fixed with some additional top mattresses. Also the air condition was only in the living room so the room with the bunk beds could not be cooled down. Everything else was OK - the apartment was very close to the beach and very quiet. It is located also in the centre near cafes, restaurants and taverns. The apartment has an equipped kitchen and was extremely clean! There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The queen bed in the main bedroom was fine. If the mattresses of the bunk beds are fixed we would return with a pleasure!

The bunk beds were very uncomfortable due to the cheap spring mattresses that can be felt very clearly through the body so my daughter and my niece could not sleep well. This can easily be fixed with some additional top mattresses. Also the air condition was only in the living room so the room with the bunk beds could not be cooled down.

Nice Place

Everything was nice. The apartment was clean. It is very close to the beach - no more than 70 meters. Also there is a grocery in the neighborhood where you can buy everything that you may need.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

The location is excellent, with the beach being a 1-minute walk from the property, plus many bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the facilities were excellent. The beds were comfortable. The host was very friendly and provided lots of information about the area, and answered any questions we had promptly.

The air conditioning is very good, but it is only in the main room, not in the bedrooms - so, the bedrooms were quite hot and stuffy. It says the room is 'soundproof' on booking.com, but this must be incorrect as there was a lot of noise from other apartments late at night and early in the morning, which did keep us awake unfortunately - keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Absolutely amazing!!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and newly rennovated. The owners left a fresh loaf of bread with some jam, a bottle of wine, and juice. The AC worked excellently and the kitchen was equipped with everything but a microwave. The location was absolutely perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. The beach is literally 60 seconds or less walk around the corner! The apartment is surrounded by local shops and restaurants and only a 26 min drive from Thessaloniki. The restaurant on the beach directly in front of the apartment building is excellent, we ate there all week! The owners were very helpful and super sweet! Unfortunately, while our rental car was parked on the street a truck driver hit it and took off. The owners spent hours going through their CCTV to find the truck. They also helped call and translate to the police department we needed to file a police report for our insurance, we can't recommend this place enough, we would definitely stay here again. It was such a relaxing 8 days there! Thank you both so much!! ❤️

Fantastic location, good air con

Fantastic location. It was just back from the main strip, so was nice and quiet but only a 20m stroll to the pubs, cafes, restaurants and beach. The air conditioning was very effective and rapidly got the apartment to a good temperature. The hot water worked quickly and shower had good pressure.

The property has a sofa bed, but it was not very comfortable. When the sofa bed is being used the other seats are not very comfortable. That's fine if you spend all your time on the cafe and bars, but once the kids are in bed and I had to stay in; the only comfortable option was to go to bed myself.

Good apartment near the sea

Location, near beach and restaurants, was perfect. The apartment was very clean. Quality of almost all facilities (doors, windows, airconditioning, screens, closet’s etc.) was very good. Free parking in the neighborhood.

All beds in the bedrooms were good, but the sofa bed in the living was not comfortable at all for any of us.

Great location,few steps from beach. Apartment is spacious,very clean and has everything you need for short and long stay. Host was very nice and pleasant. Welcome package of cookies,fruit juice,bottle of wine and bottle of water is a very nice touch and makes you feel very welcome. Parking was easy in front of the building. Overall a very pleasant stay
