It is ok for one night, more night it would be suffering

The view from the balcony was great and the bed was good for sleeping.

1. The door was closing on inside instead of outside, so if someone is inside it can not get outside, but someone from outside can get in 2. The bathroom was too small, there was no towel hanger for bathing towels. There was half a toilet paper and we paid for 2 nights. The soup dispenser was non functional 3. The kitchen was too small to be functional 4. There was an improvised table on the wall that we could not open because the bed was getting in the way, so there was no table to leave our stuff. 5. There was no jacket hanger for our jackets 6. The bed lights were non functional 7. There was only one blanket and now is December so there suppose to be two for two people

I love this place! The people working there are so helpful and kind! It is so clean and it has everything you need. The location is perfect, right up our favourite restaurant with the most delicious food in whole Perea. It is so relaxing, no outside noice, the view is amazing too - the sea is right in front of you. Will come again for sure. 10/10

It is really close to everything. We were afraid that the smell from the restaurant would be an issue, but we couldn't smell anything. The life at night is kinda noisy, but as soon as you close the balcony doors, you won't hear a sound!

Perfect location right in the first row by the sea, with a direct sea view from the terrace. Excellent communication, very kind and helpful hosts, and everything was perfectly clean.

The beds take up most of the space, but they are very comfortable, so we slept really well.

Perfect beachside stay in Perea 🌊☀️

We had a wonderful stay at Aktis Sea View Studios. The apartment was spotless, modern, with excellent air conditioning and very well sound-insulated – a true comfort after a day at the beach. The owners are extremely kind and attentive, and the free parking is a big plus. The location couldn’t be better – right in front of the beach, with plenty of chiringuitos offering fresh and delicious food, beach terraces set directly on the sand, and music that brings the real Greek holiday atmosphere to life. We were more than satisfied and would happily come back – highly recommended!

Location was right at the beach and very close to the airport. The staff was very polite.

Nice and clean

The property is very clean. Don’t use Apple map. It will take you on a different place. The stuff is very helpful. Rooms a bit small for my taste, but I guess it’s a matter of point of view

I didn’t like the fact that the property is so close to the beach, but on the other hand is very very close to the bars and restaurants and it’s kind of noisy till late night but I guess if it’s not a problem for you then you’ll be all right.

Hotel Location is superb, right in front of the beach. Lots of restaurants around. The host Sanja is very polite and kind lady, she has explained everything to us and helped with all the questions. We had a room with a Seaview. Very happy with our stay.

Solid potential but not so good at the end

The staff was polite and nice.

Live music in a restaurant on the ground floor was too loud until 1am almost every day. There is no shower cabin in the bathroom. You're showering on the floor and creating a mess every time.

Disappointing.

Location of the building right at the beach!

1) It was advertised as sea view, but my room did not have any sea view. 2) Really bad smell of sewer in the bathroom coming from the drain in the floor. 3) Check out is too early by 10am. 4) Hairdryer was not provided, even though the box was there from it. 5) Bed and pillows not very comfortable. 6) Shower head was spraying all over and needs to be replaced.

Only the view was fine

-there is NO SPACE in the rooms and the bathrooms. -there was a renovation next to our room and every single day of our stay we were waken up at 7am from the hammers and all the noise next door. IT WAS AWFUL. -the building is old and there are just stairs so IT’S NOT A PLACE FOR DISABL PEOPLE!!!! -the SHOWER HEAD is with fixed position and the water is running against the wall, not the person showering. - the balcony is sooooo dirty and small but at least the view is beautiful. -there were NO THICK CURTAIN, only a see-through curtain through which the whole room could be seen. Luckily we were on the top floor and it was hard for anyone walking around to see anything. -pets are allowed but where should they stay or even sleep at the room with this space…. i don’t know.🤷‍♀️

disappointing at the most

the location

1. the pentrating stench of the sewer (it became slightly better after i showerd, but still came in waves, also during the night) 2. the bed was as described a sleepingcouch but it was about 1.70 long so i (and i don‘t consider myself tall) couln‘t strech my legs 3. the room was right on the first floor at the end of the stairs, so i had the pleasure to hear everyone roaming the hallway - which happened every 3rd hour during the night, noone cared about people sleeping or as a matter trying to. 4. the sanitary installations were in bad condition - there was no fixation for the shower, the plug in the sincl was stuck abd water took forever to go away (toothpast etc. mad it dirty with a while) 5. the host was very rude when i mentioned my critics about the noislevel (especially at night), the stench in the room of the sewer and also the sanitary conditions. he tryed to pin things on me told me i made it dirty (which i didn’t , i never once cooked there, and because of the stench i tryed to spend as little time in there as possible) and also told me i wanted it cheap (60€/night is not cheap, at least not to my knowledge) his way of acting was unacceptable - and of course he was not negotianting with me when i said i will check out earlier then what i booked! i left the studio after two nights already because i didn‘t want to spend another night with waling continously up due to bad smell, short position on couch or noisy people in the hallway! i have a lot of pictures and also some bills to proofe i was eating breakfast, lunch, dinner outside of the room!

- The location is really good in Perea. Everything is around the property. The hosts are nice, and they want to help if needed. You can discuss check-in and check-out time changes.

- Really bad (cheap) facilities. Very bad and rusty toilet/bathroom. You can hear the neighbors like they are in your room. It is pretty obvious that the apartments are created with the less possible investment.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stayment in Perea, Thessaloniki. The hotel room was simple and clean. The hotel management are very nice and helpful persons, their hospitalaty are excellent. Perea beach is beside the hotel, surrounded with more restaurant, bars, supermarkets, minimarkets. 4km from Thessaloniki Macedon Airport.

Great location, parking nearby, pet friendly and friendly and helpful host!

The property location was fantastic! 2 steps of the sea, plenty of tavernas, the main square is 30 seconds away by foot. The host was really friendly and helpful she made as feel welcomed as we are in our own home. The kitchen was small but well equipped with everything you need.

The room was a bit small, but for us personally that wasn’t a problem. For couples - it’s perfect!
