Kate's Modern 2 BR Apartment in Perea

Квартира розташована дуже близько до пляжу — приблизно за 3–5 хвилин ходьби. У ній є все необхідне для комфортного проживання: різноманітний посуд, побутова техніка та інші необхідні речі. Все було справне і добре працювало. Постільна білизна була біла й чиста, а під час проживання нам також змінювали рушники та постільну білизну. Персонал привітний і завжди на звʼязку.

Ми проживали в цій квартирі 10 ночей, протягом цього періоду було 2 ночі, коли сусіди дуже голосно вмикали телевізор і шуміли. Це створювало дискомфорт і не можливо було нормально спати. Хоча при бронюванні нас попереджали про дотримання тихої години. Декілька разів було важко знайти місце для паркування. Будинок великий, двір ввечері повністю заповнений автомобілями. Місцеві мешканці цього будинку також були незадоволені, коли ми ставили автомобіль на вільне місце, оскільки, як ми зрозуміли, вони звикли паркуватися на певних місцях.

Flat located 5 min from the beach. Personal always ready to help. They helped me with special request to store baggage after check-out.

The apartment is freshly renovated and significantly close to the nearest beach.

It's self checking and you receive instructions from the host, so far so good. But at the location it's totally different because the apartment is located in old block with a lot of apartments and you are not able to identify which exactly is your apartment - because there is no any sign at the door. In the information was described: Doorbell - Mint - and could not understand it because there is not doorbell or "Mint" (door is white). I tried to call a couple of times at the phone number from the reservation - number is fixed number in Athens (property management firm) - no one answered. So support from the host is 0. I drop them a message via Booking to call me - without answer. Absolutely zero support from the host. No parking -as described. I booked for 3 adults and kid, the second "bedroom" was not prepared for 1 adult and 1 kid, actually not prepared at all, because the bed was without sheets and we needed to prepare before sleep. Apartment is located in very old and dirty building. The noise from the street is huge and during 2-3 AM during the night. Super noisy. It was noisy too from the top floors. Bathroom is with lower ceiling, I'm 190 cm high and my head hits the ceiling. Also the bath is very tiny and small. At the pictures you can see hole in the ceiling covered with napkin. Facility is OK, BUT the service is VERY POOR. Totally not recommended.
