1/ Свежий ремонт, чистая квартира.
2/ Достаточное количество полотенец и постельного белья.
3/ Есть минимальный запас чая, кофе, специй.
Я бы добавила:
1. Крючки для верхней одежды при входе
2. Одноразовые тапочки
3. Хотя бы одну бутылку питьевой воды (или знак, что можно пить воду из крана)
4. Миски и лежанку для животного (раз квартира pet friendly)

The place was excellent and Vicky is very kind and helpful. The only thing that was an issue is parking but that is expected in Thessaloniki

Good neighbourhood near to the center with a lot of shops, small restaurants and cafeterias. The apartment is small but comfortable, clean and modern. You have all the instructions before arrival so just follow it.
