I was fortunate to find the Delmare Posidonio Apartments online after our other accommodations did not work out. I called Gregory the owner very early ( I think I may have woken him up) and explained to him that I need a place to stay for myself and my children. I also wanted to know how early we could check in having not slept at all the night before. Gregory asked us what time we wanted to check in and I was so happy when he said I could check in early. Gregory met us at the apartment and gave us the keys to the apartment. There were two bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with a combined washer and dryer and a lovely kitchen and a balcony. Gregory shared information about the neighborhood and the local attractions. There were restaurants and a supermarket so we could shop for groceries or eat out if prepare meals if we choose. Best of all we were a quick walk to the performing arts center where my son was performing and other sites along the water. The apartments were quiet and safe. I would highly recommend the Posidonio apartments.

Superb location and fantastic host, kind and easy to communicate with. Everything you think of or possibly need the flat is equipped with. The apartment/facility is a very good value for the money.

The place was very loud, construction works in the building took place just one floor above. No hard feelings against the owner, not his fault – I think he even tried to ask the construction workers not to drill and hammer early in the morning because the next day after I reported the problem they started working after 10am. That was the only bad thing about our stay there.
