The apartment was spotlessly clean. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and some starter food so we wouldn't have to rush to the supermarket right away, along with a whole basket of snacks. Everything was perfectly tidy. The bed sheets and towels were immaculately clean, and all the dishes and glasses were spotless.
The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you could need—they even provided disposable room slippers, pads, and a small toothpaste, brushes,shower caps, facemask...,sleeping mask.... Honestly, I think even some high-end hotels don't offer that level of care. The owners thought of every single detail to make us feel at home, or even better!
The apartment features a washing machine, complete with detergent and fabric softener, which was amazing for washing our clothes before heading back. On top of that, the terrace is beautiful with a stunning sea view, and the AC worked perfectly. A completely flawless stay—we will definitely come back here again!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The welcome was so heartwarming and genuine. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen including food in the fridge as we arrived late in the evening. Tea, coffee, bread, butter, cheese, ham and sweets.
The bathroom contained shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, cotton buds etc. etc.
The apartment was spotless, the decor is modern and very tasteful.
It is 2 mins from a lovely beach and there is a supermarket and a bakery nearby.
We would gladly stay here again and will do if we ever return to Perea.

We had a great time at Emma’s apartment with our dog. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for everything we needed. Emma made us feel very welcome. The parking was easily accessible. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful new apartment, equipped with all necessities, has an elevator and private parking... and many, many welcome treats. Ideal for couples with one child.
I didn't notice any negatives.
