Great stay near Thessaloniki!

I highly recommend Siel Seaside. Facilities, location, cleanness - all great. We came very late, and made a self check in (perfectly explained by the host). It was December, and the room was very warm. There is a cleaning lady each day at 11:00. Amazing places to eat are right next to Siel Seaside Homes..

A relaxing and memorable stay in a beautiful, beachfront room with wonderful staff.

The location was perfect! Our room was right on the beach, just a few steps from the sea. Everything was very clean, as the staff cleaned the room every morning. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome.

My new favourite place!

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Excellent location. Right on the beach. Beautiful views of the stunning sunsets. Private entrance to come and go as you please. Smart TV was a great addition (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc) and TV had some English language channels too. Room service available via QR code in your room from their downstairs cafe (menu includes alcohol and cocktails). Housekeeping and towels changed daily. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato and shops all around. Bus stops nearby to travel further. Large supermarkets just a further 5 min walk away. Sun lounger access provided by the hosts right in front of the property. There is a larger beach area to the right at the end of the Promenade, where you just have a buy a drink to get a free lounger and umbrella, plus use of the indoor restaurant toilets.

The property is very clean, carefully decorated and comfortable. The location is amazing and also the view is calming. Close to bars, restaurants, shops…

Not saying I don’t like, but just for couples with babies/children to know. The bars are open until 12-12.30 am and the music sometimes is loud and you can hear it even with windows closed.

Everything was above expectations: the staff was excellent and , the rooms were very clean . The location is very close to the beach and right in front of the location there are sun beds free of charge , offered by the owners. The beach is perfect for kids. A lot of taverns all around. I highly recommend it , especially for families with kids.

Everything was great! 😍 The owner Mary was amazing, very nice and always helpful. I liked the spacious room, air-conditioning was fine as well, we had a balcony. We did not have breakfast, but there was always a toast bread, marmalades, butter and biscuits ready in our room, free of charge. Instant coffee and instant cappuccino, tea as well. The hotel is right next to beach. Me and my husband were very satisfied.

Pleasant for a short stay

Clean. Nicely furnished. Excellent location with many restaurants around - with noise on the negative side - and the long sandy beach just ten steps away.

Not big enough. Bathroom needs a renovation - outdated a bit. Noise from outside disturbing even out of the season - I imagine no sleep before 1 or 2 am at high season…

Mary the owner was friendly and very helpful . She also owns a lovely ice cream cafe close to the apartment which sold top quality delicious ice cream. The apartment was exceptionally cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. Access to the beach is just outside the apartment with comfortable sun beds . I would certainly stay here again

It is a bit problematic with parking a car, as you have to park in stack. It could be a bit noisy, because windows faced the same side where threre are lots of coffee and restorants.
