It was clean. And having 2 balconies was great. One of the balconies had a lot of sun which was perfect for hanging clothes and the other one had more shade which was great for having breakfast outside. There were many stores and supermarkets close by as well as great restaurants. The area was great for a quiet vacation. Everyone was super friendly.
One thing to look out for is if you dont have a car is that Perea is pretty far from Thessaloniki by bus. So if you are planning to go into the city a lot and dont have a car another property would maybe suit you better.
