The owner was very kind and helpful during the whole stay. The property was overall very clean and new from inside. Everything was as described, except for the old building that didn’t look that pleasant after arrival. Location is perfect.
Outside look of the apartment look terrible. But everything inside is clean and safe. The location is also right next to the beach and close to the main restaurants.

Alles Top!! Es gibt keine bessere Unterkunft in Peraia!! Die Vermieterin ist super nett, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar!! Alles direkt am Strand! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht! Danke für alles!
