Excellent location on the waterfront, close to great restaurants and the beach. Nicely renovated finishes and very clean. Staff were responsive even though there was no one actually on site. Great for a short stay.
We have seen small bathrooms in Greece, but this was the smallest ever - the bathroom is really just a shower stall. No elevator - had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the second floor with all associated luggage.

Location is beachfront at the heart of Peraia. Great view from the Sea View rooms. Little bit noisy from the bars, restaurants and people walking the promenade, but the window insulation is really good, so not an issue. A/C is central with individual settings possible and really doing good job. Bathroom on the small side with shower area not protected so water splashes all around. Difficult to keep the rest of the area dry.

The location is great. We were already staying there, but had been unable to book the ocean view room for our last days, so took a garden view room. The hosts kindly moved our luggage while we were out for the day.
The "garden view" room was very small. There was a mini frig, but no kitchen set up. The bathroom was the shower, or maybe the shower was the bathroom. Too small for more than one person.
