Apartman Perea

Every room had a TV and AC and there was a big balcony with a sea view. Close to the beach and the sea. Very responsive host and actually caring about the guests and their experience.

The apartment was in a more premium price range so you would expect quality but it is lacking in maintenance. A lot of things were used and broken, electrical sockets pulled out of the walls, and the shower cabin needs replacement. For an apartment at this price range you would expect a better maintained space. The host has provided a discount when it was brought up with them which is a good approach. Overall I would recommend it mainly because the host was genuinely invested in addressing our issues and took things seriously.

The most wonderful thing was the breathtaking sea view. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up to such a view every morning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the beach was very close. The area was also lovely, with everything easily accessible. I would especially like to mention the kindness, helpfulness and flexibility of the host.

There was nothing that caused us any significant inconvenience. We were very satisfied with everything.

Beautiful apartment near to beach with a view of the sea. Very clean and furnished apartment. I highly recommend it.
