It was a very comfortable, clean and quiet place. The room was big enough for us, and also we had the terrace available to chill outside. Very close to the sea. The instructions were clear from the owners. Loved it, will definitely rebook.

Τα κατάλυμα βρισκεται σε κεντρικο σημειο της Περαιας πολυ κοντα με τα ποδια στην παραλια. Υπαρχει διαθεσιμο παρκινγκ στην αυλη που η εισοδος γινεται με πορτα που ανοιγει με κωδικο. Η προσβαση στο δωματιο μας ηταν ευκολα ακολουθοντας οδηγιες που μας σταλθηκαν αμεσως μετα την κρατηση. Υπαρχει αυλή κοινόχρηστη με τραπεζια και καρεκλες καθως και απλωστρες για τυχον ρουχα-πετσετες που θελει καποιος να στεγνωσει. Υπηρχαν καθαρα σεντονια και πετσετες.
Μπαινοντας στο σπιτι που νοικιασαμε για ενα βραδυ ηταν πολυ εντονη η μυρωδια φαγητου (τηγανητες πατατες συγκεκριμενα) υπηρχαν και υπολείμματα λαδιού στην κουζινα. Δεν ειχε καθαριστει καθολου. Κατοπιν επικοινωνιας με το διαχειριστη καταλυματος ηρθε αμεσα καθαριστρια. Περιμενα περισσοτερη προσοχη σ αυτο το κομματι λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν την τιμή.
