Great location for a short stay, would recommend for couples without children. However not a great value for money

Great location with access to many things. And was easy to find. It’s really good that it has a private parking. Host was very responsive and professional, gave us directions on how to find the place and was very helpful.

As a family of 3, we struggled to fit. The place was too cramped, we struggled to find the space to open our bag. Shower had no shampoo. Broken shower head and a leaking sink. Wifi was too slow also, at certain times of the night we didn’t have internet. We had to buy our box of tissues, as there was only the toilet roll. It wasn’t a cheap stay, therefore we were expecting a little bit more than what we got.

Good location, only 3rd line from sea coast, good renovation, quite comfy appartment, all you need is ready for you. Friendly owner, who tried to help and was asking to tell if anything she can help with. Overall we liked it there. Nice small terrace for 4 people with sea view.

As it was rainy and cloudy in the very beginning, we ran out of hot water at some point. So water heater works from solar panel and we asked why there was no hot water. Owner explained why and asked if we want to switch to gas heating. However after that we had proper sunny day and never had problem with water. Was surprised to see the building in poor shape, however the appartment by itself is nice.

The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. The host answers quick to any questions and is very friendly. It was a nice stay and we will come back for sure!

Everything was just perfect.

The host was great also the location. Everything was just perfect, if we come in Perea we will stay again at this place. Highly recommended.

Everything was okey, except in the kitchen there were no dishes and other pots for cooking.

Extremely comfortable bed and the sea view from the front balcony was amazing. The use of the washing machine was also a plus point.

The small bathroom with very little protection from shower spray. No kitchen drainer for crockery or cutlery.
