A great apartment, well located and well set up with the added bonus of basic provisions in the kitchen excellent hosts.

The location, quiet, yet very close to the beaches, restaurants etc, and the bus stop. Beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. Excellent hosts Angelo and Vicky who provide starter supplies in the kitchen.

Perfect stay!

The location is perfect, on the quiet street, but very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos, it is spacious, clean, and has all the necessary equipment. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy your meal and relax. We spent 10 days there, also working remotely couple of days, and the wi-fi is fast and stable. The hosts are superkind! Our stay was perfect, we really recommend this place :)

I booked it for a short day as my plan was to go to an island at next day. So, I didn't get the chance to stay too much at the place but generally I like it as it is near & spacious. The place is clean & net. The welcome was very nice. The price is fine compare to the service. The appliance is good & the Rooms are comfortable. Generally I liked the place & I would recommand it for next trip.

Generally I cannot highlight for a specific item which dislike but I would prefer if it was upstairs rather than being downstairs because of road disturbing & privacy.

I like everything! The location is the best. A 5-minute walk to the beach, a street market, supermarkets - everything is close to the apartment. The owners are such nice and kind people, always smiling and happy to help or give advice during your vacation! No need to worry about beach stuff, you get everything. If you like active recreation - you will get it! Running or cycling in the morning, walking along the promenade in the evening gives you the opportunity to start the day actively and relax and try the local cuisine at night. In general, I do not regret a single minute spent in this house. Thank you very much!!

Neoi Epivates is a village of houses and villas located close to Thessaloniki, about 15 km. It is frequented mainly by Greeks, as it is not a tourist village. But you can find tavern after tavern with fish, traditional Greek snacks or grill (not soups or dishes), coffee bars and sweet shops specific to Greece or Italian ice cream. Anyone who wants more of a touristic atmosphere can go to the next village (Pereia) or to Thessaloniki, by ferry, bus or taxi. Friday is the local market with vegetables, fruit, spices, green plants, clothing and household items - all displayed on stalls. The beaches are narrow with fine sand, the water does not have great depths until a long distance from the shore. A&B is a family guesthouse at a distance of 5 minutes from the beach. It has an apartment on the ground floor (with three bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, has shutters and air conditioning). Another apartment is upstairs being lived in by the two young hosts (Angelos and Vicki / angel and queen / A&B). The apartments have completely separate entrances. The most outstanding feature of the location are the hosts. Having an innate kindness, he provides information to any question and there is no unanswered request... Communication is always accompanied by solicitude, smile and delicacy which makes you feel relaxed as in a loving family. There was an incident caused by a torrential rain effect of the capricious September weather and we got over it with serenity only thanks to the attitude of the two young hosts. If we were to return to Northern Greece, we would probably return to A&B which seems to be the ideal place for families with children or small groups of friends coming to relax.

We want to thank the owners for helping us make an unforgettable vacation in Greece.There were not only very kind and polite,but also very helpful.If we only had some question they were very glad to help us.Apartaments are situated near the supermarket and bakery.More than that it is very close to sea and plenty of taverns.Apartaments were always clean,cosy and there are all needed equipment for family.We would be very happy to come back here again!

Locație bună, aproape de o plaja cu nisip și intrare lina in apa, potrivita pentru familii cu copii.

Locația proprietății este aproape de mare. Apartamentul curat, bine structurat și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Proprietarii foarte amabili și sociabili. Ne-au ajutat cu informații și chiar cu deplasarea către aeroport la finalul sejurului.

Właściciele posesji to cudowni ludzie. Położenie mieszkania zaraz przy przystanku autobusowym. Do morza minuta spacerem. W okolicy super zaopatrzony supermarket, nieziemska piekarnia i restauracje ze świeżymi owocami morza oraz muzyką na żywo. Viki robi najpyszniejsze konfitury na świecie - czekał na nas słoiczek w ramach powitalnego poczęstunku, Angelos zaskoczył nas prezentem w postaci greckiego śniadania oraz poczęstunkiem z greckich słodyczy. W domu super przewodnik po okolicy, napisany przez Angelosa oraz Viki. Właściciele odpowiadają na każde pytanie, o każdej porze i za drobną opłatą odbierają z lotniska :)
