Everything was perfect. A few steps from the beach. Spacious, comfortable and cleab. All the facilities you could need. Great host.

It took me quite a while to decide to leave this review. I booked this hotel based on its HIGH rating on Booking, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is accessible to shops and taverns, which is convenient, though it is not the most beautiful part of the resort. Key handover was simple. Cleanliness met my expectations. The apartment included practical features like air conditioning, a washing machine, a decent kitchen, and smart TVs. Peraia itself is charming and a place my family enjoys returning to — thanks to its proximity to Thessaloniki Airport, the warm and calm sea with a gentle slope into the water, and the traditional tavernas that still retain an authentic Greek atmosphere.

The space felt plain and lacked warmth or personality. Especially on a stormy day when we had to stay indoors, the dull design and uninspiring balcony became quite apparent. The balcony was furnished with simple plastic chairs and a table. The WiFi connection was very weak. Before we arrived, I received multiple detailed rules by email, there were additional notes with house rules posted all over the walls. The sheer number of rules felt overwhelming. When I asked if we would receive at least one cleaning service during our 7-night stay, I was rudely told no, and that the apartment is equipped with a mop and broom to clean myself. Compared to all my previous stays in Greece, the host’s attitude felt unusually distant and strictly transactional. I would not choose to stay here again, nor recommend it to those seeking a cozy or charming retreat. The apartment does not offer good value for the price paid
