The three-story building is not managed at all and looks abandoned, along with ruined backyard..... we didn't feel well about it. The appartment could be cleaner.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Perea! Everything was perfect – the place was spotlessly clean, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The sea view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and made every morning special. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Diana, the owner. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. Her hospitality really made me feel at home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
