I liked the location .It is exeptional place the beach is clean and great for families with kids

В кухнята има всичко необходимо - прибори, кафемашина, голям хладилник и удобен кът за хранене. Хареса ни терасата, от която се вижда морето.

- Accommodation is very close to the sea and has a wonderful balcony view. - The place is spacious and has plenty of seating and dining seats. You can fit up to 5 people + a toddler in there. - The flat owner was kind enough to let us in one hour before check-in time for NO extra charge. - Working AC unit and all kinds of coffee machines (drip, capsule, manual espresso one) - Many restaurants on the shore offer an acceptable variety of food. Mostly seafood and traditional dishes like mousakka and gyros, but you can also have pasta and pizza. The average check per person is 10-20 euros. - I would recommend this place for people who just need a place to sleep but eat outside every meal. Also, there is nothing to do besides the beach, so a short stay of up to 1 week is ok. The trip to Thessaloniki takes 60-90 minutes, and public transport is fast and nice, but does not follow the schedule.

- Solar water heating system is not enough, especially on cloudy days. A water boiler is available, but you might be charged extra for hot water. Also, you have to switch it off and on every time you leave the place and come back, for safety reasons. - Kitchenware is old, especially pans; everything is sticking. - Oven is available and working, but the power goes off every time you try to use it. So you only have one way of warming up the food - a frying pan, and half of your food will stay on that pan. This place absolutely has to have a microwave. - Electric cattle and a toaster are not there. There was a waffle maker, but it did not work. - Apartment owner advised that tap water is safe to drink, but after boiling it one time, you have to wash the pot because of white residue. The water is certainly heavy; I would not recommend drinking it raw. - We were charged a 70 euros cleaning fee, but still were asked to clean the fridge, oven, take out the trash, wash the dishes, and clean the kitchen area before we checked out. - No disposables, only dish soap and hand soap were refilled by the property owner. Trash bags were provided upon request. - The area around the accommodation is old, and there are a lot of abandoned buildings. The beach is dirty, and people do not clean up after their dogs. Water is ok, clear, ok to swim in, but there is a port nearby in Thessaloniki, so it's no blue heaven with active sea life.
