Exellent apartment

The accommodation is excellent – spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. All rooms are air-conditioned.The apartment has its own parking lot. The beach is very close. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

La propreté et l'espace rdc de l'appartement. La proximité avec la plage.

La tres grande difficulté à trouver l'appartement (1 h à tourner en rond car dans la rue il y a 2 fois le 4B). 3 appels au propriétaire qui ne sait pas où est sa location... Appartement sans cafetiere, manque de couvert et avec 3 lits dans une chambre ne permettant pas d'ouvrir la porte du balcon. A éviter pour l'instant...

Apartamentul este spatios si dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, am folosit si patul de rezerva. Apartamentul se afla foarte aproape de plaja. Terasa are un balansoar foarte frumos unde poti sa stai sa te relaxezi. Dormitoarele si livingul sunt dotate cu aer contitionat ceea ce este minunat.

Prețul foarte mic reflectă realitatea de la fața locului

Cele două dormitoare de la etaj și terasa sunt ok.

Cele două băi arată rău. Canapele și pernele din living sunt murdare. Curățenie superficială. La demisol, unde sunt situate livingul și bucătăria sunt infiltratii și miroase a mucegai. Poziția apartamentului este destul de proasta, se identificata foarte greu. Apartamentul se afla într-o zonă cu buruieni, care arată destul de urat.

Relaxant, odihnitor vom reveni!

Spațioasă, curată amplasată în apropierea plajei. Are o terasă generoasă unde se pot relaxa 4-5 persoane la umbră când soarele e prea fierbinte. Este structurată pe două niveluri. Camera de oaspeți, bucătărie și o baie jos la etaj două dormitoare și o baie. Găsiți frigider, mașina de spălat rufe, bucătărie utilată complet. Aerul condiționat funcționează perfect în toate camerele. Este liniște grozavă atât ziua cât și noaptea. Pentru cei care vor să se relaxeze cu adevărat este ideală. Noi am fost cazați în perioada 22-28 iunie 2025. Aeroportul Thessaloniki este foarte aproape. La doar 14 minute de mers cu mașina. Are loc de parcare exact în fața proprietății. Gratuit. Gazda e super ok, serioasă şi deși nu ne-am văzut în mod direct a lăsat o impresie foarte bună. A răspuns la toate mesajele/solicitările. În zonă sunt 3 plaje amenajate cu șezlonguri umbreluțe locuri de servit masa. La plajă nu se achită contravaloarea șezlongurilor se face consumație ceea ce mi s-a părut ok. Este chelner, te servește la șezlong. O bere/cafea cam 5 €. La masă cam 20-25€ de persoană. Se poate merge și la plajă neamenajată dar trebuie umbrelă. După amiază te cam topește soarele. Chiar și plaja neamenajată este curățată periodic cu un utilaj. Intrarea în mare este foarte lină nu sunt pietre deloc, apa este curată. Soarele apune în mare. Foarte frumos!

Poate distanța puțin cam mare până la taverne. Ar fi de mers 300-400 m. sau mai mult pentru altele. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat în mod deosebit.
