Necesita una limpieza a fondo. Estaba sucio en general (sofá, cocina pringosa, azulejos sucios, cómodas, persianas y terraza sucias, puertas golpeadas.. .) falto de mantenimiento y lo que estaba medianamente reparado, lo estaba mal. Una pena porque a pesar de ser viejo, si se le pone un poco de cariño y se limpia bien, podría ser un buen apartamento.
