Ausgezeichnet

Appartement hat alles, was man für eine Woche braucht. Es war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe zu Fuß 3 min ist ein großer Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestellen auch neben dem Haus. Bis zu Paris gute Verbindung ca. 40 min und bis Disneyland ca.35 min. Preis ist ok, auch gesicherte Parkplatz in der Garage ist inklusive. Haustierfreundlich. Mit Besitzerin war eine gute Kommunikation.

Schlechte Schalldämmung, aber die Nachbarn sind ruhig.

Super sejour

2eme sejour dans ce petit logement cosy, bus juste en face ( ça c’est tellement le top) , place de parking dans la rue ( hors saison) très facile pour se garer Pleins de restaurant à côté, superbe boulangerie à proximité, bref nous y reviendrons et encore merci à Alexia pour ses petites attentions envers notre petit chien ( Gamelles- panier) , et merci pour sa grande gentillesse et disponibilité. À très vite 🙂

Séjour près de Paris

Appartement confortable et fonctionnel,propre. Commerces à proximité ( Carrefour, restaurants) 20-25 minutes à pieds du RER, bus en sortant de l'appartement Lit confortable Ventilateur très apprécié Le château de Champs sur Marne et son parc sont à 2 kms.Il y a un grand parc à côté où il est possible de faire du vélo, jogging,etc Très facile d'accès en sortant de l'A4

Banquette lit moyennement confortable Quand la banquette est ouverte c'est un peu difficile de passer mais rien de méchant car le lit se ferme très facilement. Si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes , c'est un peu bruyant en début de soirée.

Séjour agréable

L’appartement est propre et clair, bien situé avec commerces et transports en commun très proche. La place de parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Les fenêtres fermées nous ne sommes pas dérangé par les bruits de la rue, pas d’exposition au soleil aux heures les plus chaudes avec la présence de volets à toutes les fenêtres.

Avons vraiment eu très chaud avec la canicule malgré la présence d’un ventilateur. Les bruits de la rue sont très forts avec les fenêtres ouvertes ( plus aucun bruit fenêtres fermées). Il pourrait peut-être être préciser dans l’annonce pour les personnes à mobilité réduite que l’appartement est situé au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur.

Ein 2. Kochtopf oder ein weiteres Küchenmesser hätte uns als Vielkocher geholfen.

Buena y agradable. Repetiría!

La ubicación del apartamento y el disponer de varios servicios alrededor, se agradece y mucho. El apartamento era muy cómodo y cumplía con todas las necesidades que pude tener.

Que no dispusiera de horno, aunque en realidad, fue un mal muy menor. Y quizás, el tener que bajar a la calle para poder fumar.

Logement propre et pratique

Super logement, très propre avec accès à une place de parking donc très pratique. Le minimum nécessaire est mis à disposition. De plus la vue est assez jolie. La salle de bain a l’air neuve, vraiment très propre il y a même une machine à laver à disposition

Tout y était rien à dire Une machine a laver est présente mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisé car nous n’avons pas trouvé d étendoir

Juste un petit problème avec le volet roulant du balcon (le propriétaire a été très réactif )
