It’s was a good stay there. We enjoyed. Thank u for everything.

20minutes away from Paris. There is a train station 2 minutes away. Next to a big supermarket. So everything was close. The apartment is cute and is max for 4 persons (2adults& 2 kids). There is a lift. It’s in the 3rd floor, so there is a view. The owner is so helpful and friendly.

There’s no closet to put our clothes in. So everything stayed in the bags.

Very nice find

The place is located halfway between Paris and Disneyland Paris and in a very clean and safe neighbourhood.Train station only a few minutes by car means that we were able to leave our car and catch the train to both Paris and Disneyland.The apartment is perfect for couples or families up to 4. Very straightforward way to check-in and check out. Host was brilliant in terms of communication and helpfulness e.g. the kettle wasn't working one night and first thing in the morning we received a new kettle 👍 Free WiFi and Netflix were handy and kept the kids happy who loved the apartment from the moment we arrived.

Bad experience and disappointed with disregard of basic facilities.

Kitchen facilities were acceptable

The corridor entrance to the apartment was very dark and confusing. The toilet flush was extremely slow to work with almost 20 minutes to refill. The television and Wi-Fi were not working. The sofa bed collapsed on sitting two people. Toilet facility was a big letdown.

Great stay!

Great location, 10 minutes from Noisy le Grand station and from there it's 40 min to downtown and 40 min to Disneyland. Communication with the host was great. The size of the apartment is excellent and it has everything you need. There is a shopping mall, stores and places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Superb

Location is close to big Aldi where you can get anything. Parking got no issue. You can easily find a car park near your location on the road.

It is a nice clean and tidy apartment for a small family. The sofa in the living room could have been professionally cleaned. Otherwise it is very good value for a money.

The location was perfect for both city sightseeing and a trip to Disneyland, 10 minutes walk from the RER train station. It also has a nice and rather quiet surrounding area with shops nearby. The apartment had everything we needed.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. WiFi is excellent and we felt really at home.

There wasn't much to not like. Perhaps add a couple of new pillows as extras. But everything else was perfect.

Dirty and inadequate for a family

Good kitchen facilities Towels provided

Dirty everywhere bathroom had mould everywhere all kitchen utensils and cups and plates were dirty floor needed brushing bathroom was vile. No duvet covers for the children. An old dirty quilt left in a bag with no cover to go over it. Smashed glass everywhere outside where we was supposed to park cars Hot water didn’t work in the afternoon/evening, not enough hot water at all for a bath for children Telly stopped working after 1 day WiFi didn’t work

UNE GROSSE ANARQUE

A la base, je suis en europe pour un sejour de 12 jours. N'ayant pas trop confiance, j'ai donc preferé reserver 3 nuitées le temps d'etre sur place puis en fonction du feeling, revenir sur le booking faire une rallonge de ma réservation. Dès mon entrée dans l'appart, j'ai direct filé aux toilettes pour un besoin pressant. Les toilettes m'ont semblé correcte si bien qu'y etant, j'ai immediatement envoyé un message au proprio pour lui parler de mon intention de faire une rallonge de mon séjour sur BOOKING. Mais dix minutes après etre sortis des toilettes, je lui renvoyais un message pour lui signifier mon changement d'avis.

L'appart est bien loin de tout ce qui est annoncé sur BOOKING. Soit les commentaires etaient biaisés soit ils datent de bien longtemps et ne sont plus d'actualités. Les images sur le site n'ont absolument plus rien à voir avec la réalité( j'ai pris la peine de faire des photos de l'appart dans son etat actuel) si bien que le rapport qualité prix n'est plus un ABUS mais simplement du V O L avec la complicité de BOOKING (116€ TTC / La nuitée soit 348,09 € TTC les 3 nuits) L'appart a un souci d'humidité evident. Les rideaux sont sales et moisis. La vaisselle et les coussins que j'ai oublié de prendre egalement en photo sont vieux, usés et très très mauvais etat. Toutefois, les toilettes sont plutot propre. Pour le reste de mon séjour, j'ai donc changé d'appart depuis hier soir (Samedi 10 janvier 2026) et c'est nettement mieux. En plus de la nuitée qui m'ait revenu bien plus moins cher, l'appart est plus que parfait. Je ferai un retour sur ce nouvel appart apres mon depart. Pour ce qui est de ma mauvaise experience dans cet appart, tous mes proches m'ont demandé d'entamer une procédure auprès de BOOKING pour un remboursement par rapport à cette annarque et je compte bien l'entamer.
