Perfect and safe stay

Very safe area, I was traveling alone and was very happy. Apartment is beautiful, the whole building complex is quiet. Came home often at night and never had any issues. Big supermarket near by and Rer A station short walk away. You find everything you need in the apartment. From hairdryer to blankets and enough towels. Would absolutely recommend it

worst stay ever

House had a lot of dust..to that extent that my wife and daughter were sick with sneezing all the time after waking up in the dusty bedroom. We were not allowed to use heater, owner said its off for the whole building as it doesn't need in spring season. which makes no sense to us. We were unable to use bathtub because he said the lid was broken by other guest and he never replaced it. Such a miserable condition. I have pictures to everything that I said.

Quiet, safe, excellent bed and pillows, everything you need, close to rer A, suggestion would be an air conditioner especially in summer, close to supermarket and all amenities

We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Paris.

The location was amazing...almost half way between Paris and Disney with the train station less than a 5 minute walk away. My daughter especially enjoyed the decorations. The owner was very responsive with all questions and while someone complained about it, getting the keys and into the room was super easy as it was spelled out in step by step instructions how to get the keys. I was also concerned about parking but there really is parking all around the property and should not ever be an issue. Also there is a fantastic chicken restaurant 2 minutes from the property that we went to twice in four nights :)

I really don't have anything to complain about. Everything was as stated, clean, and in operating order.

very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if I was ever back in Paris

excellent location located near a big supermarket and only 10 min walk from nearest train station that went directly to Disneyland Paris and Paris centre. The apartment was lovely and had great facilities, it had a cute balcony and was in a very secured area. Good wifi and had portable fan as it was quite hot.

Had an issue with getting into the apartment as check in information had not been sent from the owner before our arrival. Spent an hour trying to contact owner whilst waiting outside.

Superb

Good location with a lot of fast food shops, huge supermarket, pharmacy etc and very important is that the RER A is very close (20 min to Disneyland and to Paris). Quiet place where you can have a really nice rest. The owner is very kind and answers all questions very quickly.

Cleanliness could be a bit better. There were only two towels and we announced that we were coming with a small child.

Location close to RER A and bus. 20 min to Disneyland and half an hour to center of Paris.It has supermarkert and pharmacy near apartment. Apartment has all appliances. Owner kindly and fast rasponded to all our questions. Apartment is really comfortable.

It was not so clean( dirty dishes in the washing machine and clothes and personal belongings of the owner in apartment).

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

- Les indications très claires pour récupérer les clefs et accéder à la place de parking. - Les parties communes de la résidence bien entretenues. - Situation calme.

Globalement l'équipement est minimaliste, pas bien entretenu - Canapé taché, mousse affaissée, on s'assied quasiment directement sur une planche. - Sèche-serviettes rouillé, distributeur de savon vieux et pas nettoyé. - Eclairage insuffisant dans la salle de bain, pas de lumière au-dessus du miroir. - Pas de table ni de lampe de chevet dans la chambre, il faut se lever pour éteindre la lumière au plafond. - Les oreillers sont plats et très durs. Dans toutes les pièces de l'appartement une simple ampoule au plafond sert d'éclairage, bref le prix demandé n'est pas du tout adapté à la piètre qualité des équipements proposés.

Séjour sympathique dans ce logement

L'emplacement à proximité du RER était parfait et très pratique. Résidence très calme, appartement très agréable surtout avec sa petite terrasse.

Le matelas d'appoint pour la 3ème troisième personne mériterait peut-être d'être changé (nous n'avons passé que 2 nuits donc ça allait).

Le logement est spacieux, la résidence sécurisée, à proximité du RER, mais également d’une grande surface et de Disney.

Beste Lage in schönem Viertel

Alles toll. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist genau wie wir es wollten in der Mitte vom Zentrum und Disneyland. Haltestelle und Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. In der Unterkunft alles da was man braucht. Parken im Parkhaus. Check-In problemlos.

Super. Venez vous ne serez pas déçu bien au contraire

tout à été expliqué par notre hôte pour la récup des clés. Celui-ci est très prévenant en prenant des nouvelles. Appartement super à 5 minutes du RER Bry sur Marne dans une très jolie résidence. si proche de Paris et être au calme, que demander de plus ? Ma compagne et moi le recommandons sans souci. Y revenir ? Avec grand plaisir

Estarán mejor en cualquier otro lugar

La única cama que había era cómoda

Bueno para empezar el anfitrión nos dijo que podíamos entrar al apartamento a partir de las 2, nuestro avión llegaba a las 9 y tuvimos que cargar con las maletas allá donde fuimos ya que no nos facilitó ningún sitio para poder dejar hasta que pudiéramos entrar, llevamos un poquito antes de las dos porque recibí el email con las instrucciones para recoger las llaves, cuando entramos el apartamento seguía sucio de los anteriores huéspedes, la señora de la limpieza llegó a las dos y nos tuvimos que marchar hasta las tres. La limpieza del apartamento brilla por su ausencia desde restos de comida en la nevera, balcón lleno de telarañas salpicaduras en algún espejo... Era una de las veces que abrí la nevera me quedo pegada una babosa en mi mano, los insectos son inevitables en todos los sitios hay pero la falta de limpieza favorece su aparición.. la ropa del anfitrión estaba por todos los muebles de la casa desde calzoncillos y calcetines hasta zapatillas. Busqué un alojamiento para dos adultos y dos niños pequeños, sólo había una cama y mi marido tuvo que dormir en el sofá que por cierto era bastante incómodo. El estado de conservación del apartamento es inexistente el grifo de la pila del baño está pelado la lámpara del comedor se descolgó...El último día se me olvidó dejar las llaves en el apartamento y le pregunté al anfitrión si podía hacerme el favor de recogerlas en algún punto para no tener que desplazarme desde Disneyland hasta el apartamento otra vez y su respuesta fue rotundamente no . Por último me dejé 5 cargas de Polaroid en la nevera por valor de 70 euros y le dije que si me las podía enviar, leyó el mensaje y no me respondió.

Отличное место , если хотите совместить посещение Парижа и Диснейлэнда. Близко к жд станции, тихий район, возвращались с детьми после 23.00- спокойно и безопасно) В квартире есть все необходимое, кухня с посудой. Спальня, гостиная, отличный WiFi. Владелец подробно все объясняет и помогает)

Единственное что, на троих было только 2 полотенца.
