Appartement 65m² Paris - DisneyLand - RER A

The house is excellent. Big, clean, well decorated. It was equipped with everything we could think of (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, toiletries, towels, bed linen, and even with some complimentary tea and coffee). The TV has Netflix for the guest to enjoy. There's a lovely balcony to spend free time, the beds were comfortable. The location, to us, was perfect. 10min walk away from the supermarket, from a McDonald's and from the RER A line, which takes you directly to Disneyland and to the center of Paris. It's a self-check-in, so relatively easy to work it out.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and I had to go look for the linen to put on (they were on one of the closets). The toilet area is separate from the shower area and it doesn't have a sink, so you either go wash your hands in the kitchen or the shower area.

Everything was good except the AC. There was no AC in the apartment while it was a little bit hot during our stay. The host was helpful and the location was good about 20 min from Disneyland.

Was a perfect base for our family to stay and travel to Disneyland Paris.

The building looks intimidating at first but really it is not once you get in.

We have never given 10 so far for an accomodation anywhere but this flat deserves this due to the overall impression made to us during our 1-week stay: - clean, spacious, tidy, very well-equipped apartman (incl the kitchen) - separate WC - home-like feeling - balcony with view - large TV - spacious shower, small window in the bathroom - good wifi - large fridge - cupboard with enough storage space

Beds have soft matrasses (we use harder ones at home)

the whole apartment was very spacious and comfortable. we had all we needed and it was clean. Would have benefited from another toilet but all in all very well presented. All the instructions available were well thought of. It was a stone throw away from train station (10 mins walk) and other shops. Bravo to the host. i would like to come again with my children.

although the instructions were clear of how to access the property but it was a bit technical. I am glad we came in the day time and the host was there to help otherwise I might have struggled. The host is super quick to respond.

Good location in a quiet area Spacious apartments

After the stay, the host tried to bill for damage we didn't cause. The owner wrote that my children painted something and ruined the wallpaper. But my kids couldn't do it as we arrived very late and the kids were already asleep. Early in the morning we left for Disneyland, so they only had time to have breakfast. My kids are 6 and 10 so they are not at the right age to mess things up. It certainly ruined the experience.

Mauvaise insonorisation. Un soir très bruyant. Manque les notices d’utilisation des appareils électroménagers (TV/plaques électrolyses/micro-ondes-four)

Appartement spacieux et bien situé.Endroit calme .

Moi je ne suis pas frileux mais mon épouse et mes filles ont eu froid.Le matelas peu confortable, creusé au milieu, la salle de bain et le micro-onde n'étaient pas très propre .

Будьте осторожны- оценка на Букинг не соответствует действительности!!! Не понимаю откуда взялся такой рейтинг. По приезду мы не обнаружили постелей на кроватях. Квартира была грязная и с неприятным запахом. После звонка хозяину квартиры , к нам пришла уборщица со страшным пакетом из которого начала доставать не менее страшное постельное белье. Она даже не собиралась нам его застелить, хотела оставить чтобы мы самостоятельно это сделали. Постель не соответствовала размерам кровати и дивана . Эта женщина пошла в чулан и достала оттуда другую постель и начала стелить. Все воняло сыростью. Я сказала, что мне нужна другая постель, но женщина ответила, что другой нет. Хозяйка квартиры была с нами на связи и поняв , что мы очень не довольны, предложила вернуть нам деньги и чтобы мы нашли другую квартиру. Но… мы приехали на 2 дня , у нас просто не было времени, что-то искать. Ребенку было День Рождения, а мы вместо того чтобы гулять и праздновать потратили несколько часов на выяснения всех проблем. Были куплены полотенца и пледы за свой счет. Хозяйка компенсировала только 30 евро ( за уборку).

Un petit rafraîchissement du hall menant à la chambre devrait être effectué.
