Owner is very polite person and he is ready to assist any time you need info or help. Unit was cleaned up every day so I give 10 for cleanliness. Unit is safe and very easy to reach and extra good conected with metro.

I don't know the taste of food, because there are some guests who are waiting for breakfast delivery and they pick up all food. Owner should devide basket for each unit with the number of unit so everyone can try the food. In general this is not owner fault, it's about hungry and greedy people!

Nice area, and parking space inside property. Good shower room.

The exceptional customer service from Vincezno from the day of booking to my end date. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay with my family and friends was exceptional. Friends that I later referred to him spoke highly of him. He's very intentional and made sure we had the best time and experience. The beds are comfortable, and someone comes in every day to clean the room and make the bed. The rooms are big. We stayed in room 3, and it had a self-contained kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There is an elevator, which is a plus in Italy apartments. Pastries were served every morning and had a self-serve coffee/water machine at the hallway entrance. There are 4 rooms in the apartment with room # 3 with 2 bedrooms that can fit 5 people. The apartment is close to metro stations, bus stops, stores, laundromat, and a hospital and restaurants. It is very convenient and safe to walk. I will definitely rebook again and highly recommend.

The walk with luggage from the main entrance to the apartment and the A/C in the main room of apartment 3 is not fully cold.
