I absolutely loved the location. It was walk-able to the city centre, yet located in a very posh locality of Chiaia.
The location was in a very safe neighbourhood with a great vibe. The BnB apartment is so pretty, loved the room with a little balcony. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Stefania was very helpful, she explained everything in detail on how to get in and out of the building, the facilities etc. and helped in booking our taxi's. She is very responsive on phone messages as well.

The location was perfect - easy access to the Metro, and an easy walk into the centre. The host Stefania is helpful, friendly and professional! It's the third time I've stayed here and i wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The apartment is beautiful and the room was spacious- the bowls of sweets dotted everywhere were a very nice touch.
The location was perfect for me- the area is lovely, feels safe and is ideally situated for both the sea and the central city and main station.
The hosts were helpful, accommodating a late check-in and helping me when I needed a taxi.
If you went out before 9 and stayed out until after 4 (as I did), you might not see the hosts at all, which is fine if you don't need anything but did sometimes feel a bit like staying in an empty house.
The mattress and bedding weren't uncomfortable but could have been a little more plush.

The owner was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She gave me a bit of information about the city as well as a city map. Other guests were polite and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect and very safe, as well as a relatively quiet neighbourhood.
