Location was very good for access to local restaurants, shops and metro.

You can’t wish for any better hosts! Great welcome, hospitality and I loved the stories they had to share.
Location is definitely good: safe neighbourhood with nice places to go for a drink or food. The funicular down to the city centre is close by and so convenient.
Nothing to complain about; everything was super!

We enjoyed our stay at Chez Anna in Napoli very much, and the owners truly made it special. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations, making us feel more like guests in their home than visitors. Combined with the excellent location and spotless cleanliness, this is a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend.

Great location
Charging for keeping luggages or late check in is not something that I expect from the place that I am staying
We could hear people from outside, kids screaming outside the room
They told me not to fill my bottle of water and you can only drink glasses.
