Very warm and cozy, great for our 1 night stay! All the staff were very nice.

We had a room with a balcony that was very cute and nice to sit on during sunset. The air conditioning was also nice. The hotel is close to a train station which allowed us to easily explore Naples. Overall, it was a good value and reasonable hotel.
The shower was very small and the reception was not always staffed so you had to use a key to enter the building. The breakfast was not substantial - just a croissant and coffee.
