Great location, excellent communication with our host Gloria, very practical, clean and comfortable accommodation, a comfortable bed, and air conditioner that worked perfectly.

There was a slight damp smell in the entrance/hallway and kitchen part, but fortunately it was not noticeable at all inside the room.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πάρα πολύ ωραία και ασφαλή τοποθεσία, και ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο εσωτερικά. Είχε στον προθάλαμο μία ωραία κουζίνα και γενικά ναναι ωραίο σαν κοινόχρηστο χώρο μαζί με το διπλανό δωμάτιο. Ωστόσο υπήρχε πολύ ιδιωτικότητα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη, και δεν περνούσαν 5 λεπτά πριν μου απαντήσει σε κάτι εάν είχα κάποια απορία.

Λόγω της αρχιτεκτονικής του κτιρίου ο προθάλαμος μύριζε αρκετά υγρασία. Θα ήταν καλό ένα σύστημα εξαερισμού, έτσι ώστε να ανακυκλώνεται ο αέρας. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε αυτό το πρόβλημα πάντως. Αυτό είναι εν μέρει κατανοητό βέβαια αφού το κτίριο είναι ένα παλιό κτίριο, και απ’ ό,τι κατάλαβα όλα τα κτίρια στην Νάπολη είναι έτσι.

Un apartamento muy bonito, bien ubicado, aire acondicionado funcionando muy bien. La cocina también muy práctica, con cafetera, nevera, termo, y cubertería variada. Además un trato muy atento y amable. Repetiría sin duda

The location and apartment were ideal for two nights in Naples.

The kitchen was not well stocked for use - there was no kettle, bowls or equipment for the stove. Our experience with the host was negative, her communication was poor throughout the stay. It may have been a translation issue, but our check in was remote and confusing. When we left, we received aggressive messages from the host about city tax. It was a misunderstanding and rather than trying to resolve the problem, she threatened us and sent aggressive messages. All of which could have been resolved has she accepted our request for an in person check-in.
