The view
This is gonna be a long list
The location - I guess this could be our fault since we didn’t check before, but the building is in the North side, next to a park where homeless people sleep in tents
The communication with the host - first about the check-in time, we said we will arrive in the evening, but I will announce 30 minutes before and she said that is ok. We then changed our minds and wanted to go check-in earlier, around 16:00, but she said the room won’t be ready for another 2 hours (we found out later that this was because she lived 1 hour away and there is no self check-in) even though I let her know about our intentions 30 minutes before (like we agreed - and check in time was 15:00). We asked if we could at least leave our baggage since we were already outside of the building and one of my friends is pregnant, but she answered half an hour later - we were already at a caffe at this point because we didn’t want to wait next to that park.
Different than the pictures - the apartment had two bedrooms, but not the ones in the pictures. One had a double bed and the other had a single bed and a foldable bed which was stuffed in that room and if you wanted to fold it open you wouldn’t be able to open the door. The living room had another foldable bed. I let her know we picked this apartment specifically for the pictures with the bedrooms, we chose it so we all (5) had a place in normal beds, not in foldable or couch. Her response was “you have foldable beds, is the same concept, we have more apartment and this is the penthouse, the best apartment” - nice, but not the point.
Lack of amenities - they gave us 1 toilet paper roll, for 5 people 3 nights. When asked about it, she said it is a maxi roll equivalent to 3 normal rolls. The batteries for the TV remote were empty so no TV. 1 small towel for each of us.

L'appartement est moderne et dispose d'une grande baie vitrée et d'une terasse spacieuse. Le nombre de chambre est de deux et pouvant accueillir 5 voir 6 personnes. Équipement et style modernisé.
Le quartier proche de la gare du nord est assez mal frequenté. (Personne dormant en bas de l'établissement).
L'attitude du propriétaire pas disponible et pas professionel pour résoudre un probleme suite à une fuite d'eau trouvé dans le salon et des serviettes manquantes comprises dans la réservation qui n'est arrivé que le lendemain à 14h.
