even though there is a mistake in the collection area, collecting of keys was easy and efficient with the guide and instruction given by the host. simple and clean apartment. location is very good, easy access to all the eatery and KTV if that is what you are looking for. Security guard is polite and good in their job.
as it it is near to the eatery, it can be a bit noisy at night with people talking loudly at times. vehicles sound can be loud occasionally pasting by the area. as i was staying in the B block the keys collection is further down from A block mail room, it should be state in the instruction given.

Great location, wide variety of fnb nearby to choose from. Room is clean.
Sofa sunken and utensils abit dirty. But doesn’t really affect the stay.
