We had a pleasant stay at the ARC. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The beds were comfy, the sofa and dining area were nice, and having a fridge and washing machine was convenient. The TV and Wi-Fi worked well too. The swimming pool was a great place to hang out plus it was big and clean too. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall, a comfortable place to bunk in.
The door and grill locks were a bit difficult to use. A few small maintenance touches would help, like replacing batteries for the aircond remote and clock, fixing the leak in the second bathroom sink, and adding proper dressing tables with adult-sized mirrors in the bedrooms.

The place has all the required amenities and its kids-friendly too.
The RFID tag provided was faulty and the security guards continuously reminded to replace it.
