Daya Fun Kids Tebrau near Mount Austin by SR Home

Every time I bring the kids back for vacation, we rent a guesthouse 😉 This time, we rented a Unicorn-themed one, which was beautiful, the kids loved it, and it was quite clean 🥰 The air conditioning was also very nice 🤩 Overall, we felt very comfortable ☺️ When we encountered any problems, the customer service staff were very patient in helping us solve them 😀 We just needed to give them a little time to process it 😁 and it was resolved quickly 👍 My kids asked me if we could come back and rent this guesthouse again next time we come back for vacation. I said of course we could 😄 I also told the customer service staff that there were some things that needed to be replaced 😊 I hope we can regularly check whether the items in the guesthouse are safe and intact 🤗This made it perfect 🥳 I'll definitely come back 😉

The water heater should be more powerful 😁 The kettle should be replaced with a new one 😅 A small chair should be placed there so it's convenient to eat something 🤤The broom should be replaced with a new one 😊

The place is cosy and comfortable. Love the unicorn theme. Especially for my daughter birthday! Simple and clean. Level 5 swimming pool with a simple buffet breakfast (fyi: Need to pay for the buffet but at least i can eat while the kids and husband playing in the pool.) Staff is friendly and prompt reply :)

The key location took me awhile to find it. But the staff response is fast. I guess night time quite hard to find the place.

Clean, suitable for family especially with kids, toys room & playground is good for kids, got water dispenser & simple cookware is a bonus. TV is function good with cartoon.

Difficult to find the key locker especially at night, all shop close very dark can't even notice there is a locker, unfriendly carpark, we accidently press ground floor during check out, and no way to go to Level 1 car park, lift locked staircase locked cant even find a guard near car park. Unfriendly customer service, started is computer reply can't get my question, after that change staff reply but should add a phone which able to call during emergency. During check out we whole family (with kids) with luggage stuck at car park for more than 30min, lift not support, staircase locked, no road can access to level 1, whatapps customer service need to wait for reply, phone call no answer, in the end need my husband walk thru outside mainroad walk to the carpark only can get the car.
