Everything was good,clean and facilities were easily understandable for us to use/go to! Host was super kind and generous when meeting with my needs and if it's reasonable enough for them to accept whatever i needed so that is a plus point for them!! Overall a good experience living here and would choose this place again,just that its abit far from CIQ soo take note on that!

Homely with all the appliances for a family to stay for days.

Lift is too slow and the buildingbis at least 20 years old and luckily this homely aptmt made up for the short coming.

- Comfortable bed in the master bedroom - Fans and Aircons worked well - responsive landlord - clean towels and useful amenities - tip: (for new, non-Muslim guests) there’s a very decent dim sum diner down the road.

1. The security guard(s) took painstakingly long to verify our details - even requesting for drivers’ licence and passport ID, after scanning the QR code that the landlord provided us with. 2. Finding the allocated parking lot was not easy at first (faded numbers) despite the instructional video. When you drive down to B2, the parking lot is located about 45 degrees to the far right from the ramp. 3. The apartment in general is rather old (the toilet shows some wear and tear) but overall, cosy and suitable for a couple only. It can feel cramped for more than 3 pax.

The host was very responsive, answering all our questions quickly and helpfully—her customer service easily deserves 5 stars. The unit was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Another nice touch was having Netflix included, which you don’t usually get in most hotels. Also, there is a popular local dim sum shop just down the road.

Condo lift can feel a little slow at times, but it’s not a big issue. Just try to avoid peak hours when residents are heading to work or school.
