If there is anything that the room has in abundance, then it's daylight! Nothing beats a whole front window from top to bottom. The check-in and check-out instructions received prior to my arrival were very easy to follow and accurate. Gate security take their job seriously and the facilities are overall in good shape. The WiFi in the room is great. The location is strategically good, right in between Austin Heights, AEON Tebrau and Johor Jaya. It's easy to get to each of those locations within 5-10 by Grab. These are the places were life is happening in that area. The immediate vicinity is a bit bland, but that's ok.
The walkways right after entering the premises would require some repairs. Also, the key tag to enter the premises was missing and the key pad to enter the room was asking for a battery replacement.

Clean
Sofa bed need to be replace badly and mattress it's high time for replacement so were all the bed linen.
