The location of the place (Taman Austin Heights), the security, and the free parking. The place is clean.
Please include a hair dryer for guests to use. Also the misrepresentation "Mount austin#akademik big screen 120inch projector 200mbps wifi" as there was no big screen 120 inch projector. Also, the room pictures did not correspond to the room booking.

Firstly booking.com , you should not make people fool, the room you showed us while booking, it was not there only , so don’t make people fool,
It is too noisy in the night , you just can’t sleep, it is closer to the road and bikers were making so much noise,sleep was very disturbing, other thing was shower, very low pressure while having bath., they should do something with that.
