The key collection process was easy and fast. The house was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning provided in all rooms. It is also conveniently located near the destinations we wanted to visit.

The water heater in the bathroom was not working properly, and there were no mirrors in any of the rooms except the bathroom. Parking is limited to one car inside the house. Parking outside is quite narrow, but it is still possible to park one additional car in front of the gate. The residential area itself is rather narrow.
The cleaning service fee is RM80, which felt a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of facilities.

Housing area, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quite clean.
Wish the rooms have mirrors and make up table.
