The apartment is considered quite new. The interior is okay. Have basic needs like kitchen, working table, bed. The view is great overlooking the village and city at the background. You can see the village people burning trash at their yard every evening
The wardrobe should be changed. its a bit lousy. The room is quite big for making partition to make it look cooler.

The apartment's cleanliness do met my expectation, but there things that could improve further.
1) Bed linen - there are stains..
2) little bugs (tiny crocroach crawling out from kitchen cabinets. Fruit flies..
3) visitor chairs (near entrance) - screw missing - nearly fell down from chair
4) water knob at shower area - not user friendly
5) swimming pool - not properly maintained i.e with cracked wall.
