The key collection process was clearly mentioned. The room was clean enough for a night's stay and the place was close enough to foodie haunts at Taman Mt Austin. Nice view of the lake from the 13th floor. Fridge and oven was clean and usable. Cutlery and utensils provided were clean and useful. Three volumes of The Book of Knowledge was a nice quirk and made for interesting reading.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The TV remote didn't work so we couldn't access OTT or apps. The host was responsive when contacted about these issues. The smell was apparently from smoking in the corridor and to be fair wasn't there in the morning. The host offered multiple workarounds to use the TV without the remote though unfortunately none worked. We only used the unit for a night's stopover so this wasn't a big issue.

Location was good, near Aeon Tebrau, Toppen. Many eateries within 5km that you will be spoilt for choice. Apartment was spacious enough for couple. Fridge and washing machine in unit. Netflix available to watch without signing in.

Carpark was horrible with many beams in between. If you have a bigger car, it's a nightmare navigating the turns to get in and out of development. Development was poorly maintained. All external walls badly need a fresh coat of paint. Common corridors are not lighted up enough at night. Cutlery in apartment had stains that could not be removed. TV reception was poor.
