Furniture's are in good condition.
Facilities are thoughtful.
Sofa could need a wash or change the cover.
Wall displays (whale) are slightly dusty.

The location is not really a walking distance to nearest foodstall / minimart outside but the building itself has a minimart and small foodstall which is okay. My son loves the swimming pool as well

Super like the peaceful lake view, high floor and nice view. Location is good, host is friendly. Overall cleanliness meets expectation, other than the ants around the table and kitchen areas
alot of ants on the table, some furniture is old and dusty. pillow is not very comfortable. suggest the host tackle the ants issue, and change some old furniture e.g. the side table, and clothes rack, will stay with it again as Mount Austin area is quite convenience

Staff is helpful
The basin is run down , tap is loose .There a little smell when we checked in.
