The place is clean and tidy.
The service from the host is good and responsive.
You can easily get a Grab car to nearby Toppen shopping centre and Aeon shopping centre. Both are huge, modern and contain a wide array of shops and dining options.
The balcony facing a lake, equipped with a table and chairs is also a nice touch.
Inside the toilet, water tends to puddle near the entrance due to the gradient of the flooring.
This is not something inside the apartment; the road outside the building complex is not that pedestrian friendly. The nearest main road does not even have a proper footpath. I walked to a barber at a shophouse 600 metres away from apartment complex and found that the road (Jalan Austin Perdana 3) was not even lit at night.
