Some power sockets were not working. Kitchen sink was a little clogged. No response or action from staff despite complaining.

Hi Regine, the Airbnb is a decent-sized unit with an amazing view, and we appreciate that. However, there were a few concerns I’d like to highlight in the hope that this feedback can help improve the hospitality and experience for future guests.

1. Toilet floor: The floor had a slimy and slightly icky feeling with every step, which made us uncomfortable using the bathroom. 2. Curtains: The curtains did not provide full coverage, leaving certain areas exposed. From what we observed, the curtain hooks were already out, which may have contributed to the gap. This affected the privacy of the unit. 3. Balcony door: The sliding balcony door was very screechy/squeaky and required a little more force than expected to open and close. It may be worth having the sliding mechanism checked or lubricated. 4. Console drawer: The drawer mechanism appears to be faulty, as it could not be closed properly. 5. Fan: The fan seemed to have a glitch. It could be switched on initially, but would then switch off on its own. 6. Air conditioning: Given the size of the unit, one air-conditioning unit seemed insufficient. It also took an extremely long time for the unit to cool down. It may be worth considering whether an additional unit would be helpful. If possible, positioning the air conditioner so that it faces the bed would also be preferable and could improve comfort while sleeping. 7. Bed and sofa / hygiene: We also noticed that the hygiene/cleanliness of the bed and sofa could potentially be improved, as I experienced some itchiness on my skin after using them. I’m not able to say for certain what caused it, but it did make us question whether the bedding and upholstery had been thoroughly cleaned between guests. It may be worth checking and deep-cleaning these areas. 8. Pillows: We also noticed there was an odd number of pillows provided, which was a little unusual and made the sleeping arrangement feel slightly uneven. It might be worth having an equal number available for guests, especially if the unit is intended for two or more people. 9. Smart TV / Netflix: This was the most disappointing issue.
