Price, location.
A couple of chairs would be perfect. Not young anymore, bean bags may not suit everyone. The bedsheet used in the room easily builds up static charge. Was electrocuted a few times. Do not visit the store (photo posted), not honest, trying to cheat me.

Excellent location to many amenities and facilities, good security, clear instructions, very very value for money.
Shower water pipe was leaking so pressure was low. Would have loved to have a table and proper sitting chairm

It’s located at a very strategic area with everything within walking distance
The facility is quite old, the hanger inside the bathroom is spoiled; the sink is stuck; the hairdryer is missing until I ask; they gave only one toilet paper roll for 2 nights stay.
